These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the goo11 platform and all its services. By registering an account on goo11 or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.

goo11 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

1.1 "Platform"

The website, mobile site, and all associated digital services operated by goo11 are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

1.2 "User" or "Member"

Any person who accesses services through a registered account on the goo11 platform.

1.3 "Services"

1.4 "Account Balance"

The total funds currently held in a user's goo11 account, including both real deposited funds and bonus balance.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual, household, or address is permitted to hold only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2.4 Account Security

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

goo11 currently accepts deposits through the following methods:

Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks)

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. If there are any pending bonus wagering requirements on your account at the time of withdrawal, those bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, goo11 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested. It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal method be the same.

3.4 Transaction Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits that have already begun processing generally cannot be cancelled. goo11 reserves the right to reclaim any amount credited in error due to a technical fault.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at goo11, you will receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
৳18,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets (৳1,000 × 10) before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Adding another bonus while one is already active may not be possible.

4.4 VIP Program

Based on regular play, you can advance to one of goo11's three VIP tiers:

Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through each tier depends on gaming activity. goo11 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

goo11 offers slots, casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and various other services. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

5.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the interface of each game.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of issues caused by a software error or disconnection during a game, goo11 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original amount. Any winnings obtained under erroneous conditions are not valid.

5.4 Sports Betting

The markets and odds offered in sports betting markets are subject to change. If a confirmed bet's event is cancelled, the original bet stake is generally returned. Detailed rules for specific sports can be found on the respective sport's page.

5.5 Fraud & Unfair Conduct

Hacking the gaming system, using bots, arbitrage betting, or gaining an advantage through any other unfair means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming

goo11 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

6.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact our support team to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

6.2 Setting Deposit Limits

goo11 may close or suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:

8.3 Inactive Accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Limitation of Damages
